Food Sharing Policy
Amma’s Magic is committed to reducing food wastage by connecting vendors, NGOs, and customers. To ensure safe and fair usage of our platform, we follow the below Food Sharing Guidelines:
1. Vendor Guidelines
- Vendors must only list food that is fresh, safe, and fit for consumption.
- A valid FSSAI certificate must be provided during registration.
- Expired, spoiled, or unsafe food is strictly prohibited.
- Food items must be properly packed, sealed, and labeled (with date & freshness).
- Charges (if any) must be transparent and displayed clearly.
2. NGO & Customer Guidelines
- NGOs must inspect food upon collection before distribution.
- Customers should consume food within the recommended time.
- Food must not be resold or misused.
3. Safety & Responsibility
- ICAPSOFT TECHNOLOGY and Amma’s Magic only act as a connector between vendors, NGOs, and customers.
- We do not guarantee food quality or take responsibility for food after it is collected.
- All risks related to food consumption rest with the vendors and recipients.
4. Prohibited Practices
- Listing food that is unsafe, stale, or harmful.
- Providing false information regarding food freshness or quality.
- Using Amma’s Magic platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

6. Updates
